We help clients prepare for upcoming job interviews by video taping practice interviews. We prepare interview questions specific to the type of job search being conducted and video tape responses. Playing back the video tape shows how the client is seen by the interviewer. We than help the client refine their interview techniques.

We assist organizations who wish to establish outplacement programs for redundant executives and employees.
We also help organizations resolve difficult employment situations when executives or employees are experiencing performance problems. Possible solutions include counseling, training, development of formal performance improvement programs, medical referral, progressive discipline and outplacement programs. Each situation is handled on a personalized and highly confidential basis.
